Who we are, and are not

We are not a real estate broker or agent. We connect you with independent local buyers and agents who may pay us a fee. No obligation.

Home Options MA is operated by Roviq. We are not a real estate broker, salesperson, appraiser, lender, attorney or housing counselor. We do not buy houses, list houses or negotiate for anyone. We give no appraisal, valuation, legal, tax or financial advice. Nothing on this site is an offer to buy your house.

How we are paid

Independent local real estate investors and licensed real estate agents may pay us a flat fee when we introduce a homeowner who asked to be contacted. The fee does not depend on whether you sell, or on the price. Homeowners are never charged by us. JUNKRUN is a separate local business owned by the same person; it may be paid by you directly if you hire it.

What we do with your details

When you submit the form we store what you entered, the time, the page you were on, your IP address and browser details, and the exact consent wording you saw. We share the property details and your contact details with independent local investors and licensed agents who may contact you. We do not sell your details for unrelated marketing. You can ask us to delete your details by emailing the address below.

Calls and texts may be sent from automated systems if you ticked the consent box. Consent is not a condition of getting anything from us. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Foreclosure and distress

We cannot stop a foreclosure or negotiate with your lender. For free help, see HUD-approved housing counselors, the HOPE Hotline (888-995-4673), and Mass.gov's guidance on avoiding foreclosure. Never pay upfront fees to anyone promising to save your home.

Fair housing

We serve all homeowners without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, familial status, disability, age, marital status, ancestry, source of income or any other status protected by federal or Massachusetts law.
